Your Account

Eligibility

To create an account, you must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering a binding agreement. If you are creating an account on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf and bind it to these Terms.

Registration

When registering for okr.mx, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. For paid subscriptions, you must also provide accurate billing details. You are responsible for maintaining and promptly updating this information.

Account Types & Subscriptions

okr.mx offers various account tiers to meet the needs of teams and organizations:

• Free Edition: Access to essential features suitable for small teams discovering OKRs.
• Team, Business, and Enterprise Editions: Paid subscriptions containing enhanced alignment features, executive dashboards, and administrative controls tailored for professional organizational execution.

Some plans may be subject to usage limits or feature restrictions as described in the plan details. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing cycle. You can manage your plan and billing settings through your workspace settings.

Account Access and Control

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Sharing login credentials or granting others unauthorized access to your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately via our Contact Page.

For Business or Enterprise accounts, designated workspace administrators have control over users under the same plan, including the ability to manage roles, domain access, and SSO integrations.

Compliance with Data Privacy

okr.mx is committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with GDPR and CCPA.

• Workspace owners and end-users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information at any time.
• Data-retention limits and compliance certifications are available for Enterprise customers upon request.
• We respond to verified privacy requests within the timeframes mandated by applicable law.

Execution Content and Rights

Your OKRs & Content

You retain full ownership of all organizational data you create, upload, submit, or store on okr.mx, including but not limited to Objectives, Key Results, updates, check-ins, hierarchy maps, and comments.

By submitting operational content to okr.mx, you grant us a standard, secured license to host, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating and delivering our services to your authenticated workspace users.

Platform Content

All materials functioning outside of user-generated data—including site design, features, source code, text, graphics, logos, and neural processing methods—are the property of okr.mx and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or illegally extract our source code.

Termination and Suspension

okr.mx reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate access to a workspace, with or without prior notice, if malicious activity, unauthorized automated bots, or payment delinquency occurs.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, okr.mx and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages. This includes loss of organizational data, revenue, or business momentum.

Our overall maximum liability to you for any claims under these Terms shall never exceed the amount you actively paid to use our services in the 12 months prior to the claim.
