Cookies and Local Storage

We utilize secure session cookies and browser LocalStorage to authenticate your access to your workspace. These tokens are essential for the platform to function securely. You may set your browser to refuse all cookies, however, doing so will completely disable your ability to log into your okr.mx workspace.

Platform Security

We take enterprise-grade measures to protect your operational data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is mathematically 100% secure, and thus we cannot guarantee absolute security of your infrastructure.

Account and Data Deletion

Users and Workspace Owners possess the sovereign right to delete their accounts and associated strategic data at any time. To purge your organizational data, navigate to your Personal Settings and click "Permanently Delete Account & Workspace". This action will irrecoverably drop all your associated cascading objectives from our AWS databases.

Disclosure (Google APIs)

okr.mx's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. For more information, please review the Google API Services User Data Policy.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect infrastructure or legal shifts. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this policy periodically.
